My goal is to guide you through your healing journey with empathy and provide support, validation and tools to lead you to make positive changes in your life.

I offer a safe space that will allow you to explore your feelings and challenges, both past and present. Based on your support needs and goals, I use an eclectic approach in my clinical work and combine elements of Psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Our work will also incorporate lifestyle changes to guide you in discovering your strengths and developing solutions.

I have a passion for healing holistically and utilize functional methods to try to identify the root cause of your symptoms and foster the mind-body connection. Our work together will focus on developing tools and positive coping skills to empower you along your healing journey and help you reach your goals.

My therapy superpower is…

Exploring the root cause- no system works alone. I have the ability to consider additional factors that may be contributing to your presenting issue, such as hormonal imbalances, vitamin deficiencies, gut imbalances and childhood trauma the can contribute to current challenges.

My clients describe me as…

Safe, calming, eye-opening, non-judgmental, insightful and

My favorite quote is…

β€œYou don’t have to be positive all the time. It’s perfectly okay to feel sad, angry, annoyed, frustrated, scared and anxious. Having feelings doesn’t make you a negative person. It makes you human.”
