I care deeply about creating a supportive environment where you feel safe to share about what you are experiencing and get clarity on your goals in therapy. My intention is for you to feel heard and validated in our sessions together and to leave with helpful strategies and tools to lean on, and more compassion for yourself than you came in with.
My clients describe me as non-judgmental, safe, calming and warm fuzzy. I use an eclectic mix of interventions in my sessions, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Mindfulness-Based approaches.
