Lindsay Heins

INTAKE COORDINATOR

When you make that first call, I will be on the other end ready to listen with compassion and empathy and guide you through the process of finding the right help. I take careful consideration in understanding what you are looking to get out of therapy and identifying your support needs.

I am here to help you navigate what to expect in therapy, as well as ensure you’re well-informed of your insurance benefits and how the financial process works. I will match you with a clinician who can best support you and set up your first appointment to take that very brave first step towards healing and personal growth. My goal is to make getting the right support seamless and accessible.

My superpower at Passages is…

Being patient, supportive and a great listener! As the Intake Coordinator, I am the β€œfirst voice” for clients reaching out to Passages and want to make sure they feel heard and supported!

Clients describe me as…

Understanding and non-judgmental.

Fun fact about Lindsay…

I was inspired to pursue a career in Social Work from my experience as a Girl Scout starting at 5 years old up until 18 years old. I want to continue to serve my community on a larger scale and plan on getting my Masters Degree in Social Work.
