Whatever you are facing and feeling right now, you are not alone. We believe that bringing women together to offer each other support often helps to enhance one’s own experience and recovery. Our support groups, facilitated by our warm, insightful therapists, are a space for healing and connection for women navigating life transitions including pregnancy/ postpartum, infertility, grief and loss, operation/ divorce, stress management and mindfulness.
We are always adding new support groups, both virtual and in person, please reach out to see what the latest offerings are. We also welcome your suggestions!

Support groups are not a replacement for individual therapy, but they can be an amazing complement. We have so much to learn from each other, and it is incredibly healing to be part of such a supportive community of women struggling with similar challenges.
