PSYCHOTHERAPIST

My guiding philosophy in practice and in life is that there are strengths and good in each of us, and we all have the power to change. I’ll guide you in acknowledging your own strengths to regain confidence and control over your symptoms and challenges. Together, we will work towards gaining awareness and acceptance of what you may be facing or wish to change. I will provide you with fresh perspectives, support you in problem-solving, and assist you in building upon your successes. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and use of reflective strategies, psycho education, and grief counseling are some of the strategies I use, depending on what works best for you and what you are facing. My greatest hope is that you will leave therapy feeling empowered to use tools and insights from sessions to manage whatever challenges you may face ahead.

My therapy superpower is…

Truly listening, validating, and providing alternate perspectives that enable you to see your life through a different lens, and to recognize patterns that can inform your path forward towards positive change.

My clients describe me as…

A source of deep support that allows them to feel safe, accepted, and comfortable enough to share what may never have been shared before.

My favorite quote is…
