Couples therapy.

Even the best of relationships
have their challenges.

It is totally normal for couples to go through hard times. How we handle the hard times is what makes the difference. In a safe, neutral environment, we will work with you and your partner on active listening, communicating respectfully, and creating a supportive, loving partnership. We will also give you coping tools to use individually to help you remain calm and centered, even in times of conflict.

All of our clinicians are LBGTQ+ affirming therapists,
and we warmly welcome all couples.

Our Couples Therapists:

What our clinicians want you to know about couples therapy…

Your relationship is the client in couples therapy. We don’t act as a judge or a referee. We help you and your partner to stay on topic, to listen and to be heard, and to remain respectful as you work through the issues together. There will always be new issues in any relationship, so the most important goal in couples therapy is to develop healthy communication skills and learn how to work together as a team.
