

Victoria Grande is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a passion for supporting women. Victoria specializes in working with anxiety, depression, trauma and survivors of maternal narcissistic abuse. She also has advanced training in Maternal Mental Health and working with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
Victoria has a background in cognitive behavioral therapy as well as trauma informed treatment. She utilizes a combination of CBT techniques as well as insight, mindfulness and spirituality to fit the needs of the client to help empower them towards their own healing and growth. Victoria holds a Bachelors in Psychology from LIU-CW POST and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from LIU-Brentwood. Victoria is an avid reader especially in the personal development world and continues to engage in courses and workshops to increase her knowledge.
Outside of the office, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, taking hikes and spending time out in nature, reading and obsessing over all things home décor.
