Stacy is a passionate clinician who will help guide you on your path to reach your full potential and achieve your desired goals. Stacy has experience working with children, adolescents and adults in various mental health settings. She takes an active role in her sessions and supports clients to be their best selves. Providing a safe and non-judgmental space, Stacy uses a strengths based and client centered approach to help clients reach their full potential.
Stacy graduated with her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from John Jay University and received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Binghamton University. Her areas of expertise include anxiety and depression, trauma, ADHD, parenting concerns and has a particular passion for working with women. Stacy utilizes several approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Reality Therapy, relaxation and deep breathing, psycho-education and goal oriented therapy.
Outside of the office, Stacy enjoys running, watching reality TV, and being with her family. Stacy also enjoys doing anything outdoors and drinking all kinds of hot tea.
